The Pitchs Porte Parole returns for its third edition, offering a unique opportunity to present documentary theatre projects addressing current issues or societal challenges.

We are very proud to be among the three finalists for the Prix Vivats Art et audace. This award, presented by the Conseil des arts de Montréal and the Conseil québécois des événements écoresponsables, recognizes innovation and commitment to eco-responsibility in the Montreal arts community.

The mission of Vox Pop is to enable citizens to respond and engage with stimulating questions, record and share their views on subjects raised in Porte Parole’s documentary plays.  From 14 September the Vox Pop is available on our website here.

Our 2023 fundraising campaign is launched! For over 20 years, your support has enabled us to continue producing documentary theatre that reflects your different views about complex issues like neurodiversity, violence against women, and climate change.

For several weeks, via the Documentary Hub, we have had the pleasure of collaborating with Autisme Sans Limites to give the opportunity to young adults with autism to write a short documentary play. These workshops are designed and led by playwright Agathe Foucault.

This year, we are launching a brand new branch of activity at Porte Parole.

We are launching our Documentary Hub, which offers training and consultation opportunities in documentary theatre and will invite individuals to submit their ideas for new documentary plays.

Rose et la machine was in the spotlight at the 4th edition of the Duceppe Awards Gala, at which the subscribers to the 21-22 season crowned their favorite shows!
