2 minutes maximum
[more information ↓] - (Optional) If relevant, include your CV (artistic or other pertinent experience)

How to write your presentation document
This document complements your application form and video. It allows us to go further with you: to better understand your project, your artistic approach, and where you hope to go.
PDF format, maximum two pages.
You are free to include text, images, excerpts, early ideas… whatever best serves your project. We’re not looking for a detailed plan, but rather a deeper dive into your world, your intuitions, and your intentions.
Please note that only the first two pages will be considered by our jury. Thank you for respecting this guideline.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
- What sparked the idea for this project?
- What is your artistic intention?
- What are your expectations for this journey (mentorship, research, creation, etc.)?
- Have you begun doing research (interviews, articles, observations)?
- Do you have excerpts of text or creative elements to share?
- How do you envision the tone or form of the project (humor, rigorous investigation, poetry, etc.)?
You can also include visuals, references, a mood board—or any other element that feels right for your proposal.
The aim is to spark our curiosity. We want to get a clearer sense of what drives you, what you’re exploring, and what you’d like to develop with us.
How to make your presentation video
First and foremost, this video is a great way for us to get to know you: your personality, your energy, what drives you, and why you’re carrying this project.
A simple video of up to 2 minutes is enough to introduce both your project and yourself—as a person, as an artist, as a citizen, and as a future investigator.
No need for technical prowess: you can use a phone or a camera, with or without editing. What matters is that we can see you clearly and hear you well.
Not sure where to start? Here are some guiding questions you might want to address in your video:
- What current issues do you want to explore through a documentary play?
- Why do you think this subject matters here and now?
- What makes you legitimate, unique, or personally invested in this topic?
- What drives you to investigate and create around this theme?
- Why do you specifically want to make documentary theatre?
- Is there a living question at the heart of your process? One that keeps you up at night, one you can’t help but dig into?
Be yourself. This isn’t an audition or a repeat of your written document—it’s a chance for us to meet you.
