SEEDS (2005), Annabel Soutar

A documentary play about the unexpected drama that developed in 1998 when  Saskatchewan farmer Percy Schmeiser was sued by Monsanto Inc. for patent infringement of their genetically modified Canola seed.

Presented from November 4th to December 3rd 2005  at the Monument-National.

Named “Best English Production” by the Association of Theatre Critics and nominated for “Best Original Script” and “Best English Production” awards by the Académie québécoise du théâtre in 2005.
