Sexy béton in the blogosphere

OK, admittedly, the word “blogosphere” makes me cringe a little. But interactivity is crucial to us here at Porte Parole, and our online efforts are essential to continuing the dialogue and debates that start at our shows. When it’s time to leave the theatre, we want to keep the conversation alive, and blogs are an invaluable place for that.

Week two of Sexy béton was a success for us in so many ways, including the coverage we enjoyed on several influential blogs in Montreal. Many thanks to Ezra Winton at Art Threat for posting a preview of our special commemorative performance, September 30.

At Spacing Montreal, Jacob Larsen came out the previous night, September 29th for our benefit performance, which was dedicated to discussing the issues of the play and their contemporary relevance to the debate over the Turcot Interchange.

And at Walking Turcot Yards, another attendee of our benefit night had some highly positive feedback.

If you’ve seen Porte Parole featured anywhere online and we’ve not covered it, be sure to let us know.
