When his parents move to an “old people’s home”, François is stunned. For his parents as for nearly a million and a half Quebecers, this step may well be the beginning of the end. One last all-inclusive trip, without the sandy beaches and the warm sun. Preoccupied by the fate that awaits his parents, he decides to undertake a month-long immersion in the private seniors’ residence Les Jardins du patrimoine, in Val-d’Or. Having lived it from the inside, he reports on the reality of this important (and indeed growing) group within our society.

Tout inclus asks questions about how we want to live our older years and reveals the hidden world of assisted living homes for the elderly.
